About the Role
Are you passionate about health, fitness, and ensuring safety in premier wellness environments? David Lloyd Leisure, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, is looking for dedicated Lifeguards to join our team!
With 180 indoor and outdoor pools across our clubs, our Lifeguards play a critical role in maintaining poolside safety while enriching member experiences. You’ll ensure Health & Safety compliance, conduct regular pool tests, and keep documentation in order.

Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety at David Lloyd Clubs to prevent accidents and emergencies
- Adhere to strict Health & Safety regulations for all pool areas
- Perform mandatory tests and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide exceptional member service, ensuring customers enjoy their time
- Collaborate with team members to promote best practices
Requirements
- A valid NPLQ qualification
- A passion for health, wellness, and fitness
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Team-player attitude with a willingness to share expertise
- Compassionate and safety-conscious mindset
