Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, David Lloyd Leisure, is looking for passionate Lifeguards to join our inspiring team! With 180+ indoor and outdoor pools across our clubs, the role plays a vital part in ensuring poolside safety whilst enhancing the experiences of our members.
About the Role
As a Lifeguard, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining health and safety standards, overseen activities and contributing to a wonderful experience for members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee poolside safety and ensure members receive a positive experience.
- Maintain full compliance with Health and Safety protocols in pool environments.
- Conduct and record pool tests in line with company regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all relevant safety records.
- Foster a welcoming, proactive team culture and contribute ideas to engage members.

To join the team as a Lifeguard, the following are essential: ✔ Holds an NPLQ qualification – essential. ✔ Demonstrates a passion for health, fitness, and swimming. ✔ Strong teamwork, communication, and active listening skills. ✔ A proactive mindset and openness to share knowledge. ✔ A desire to contribute actively to David Lloyd’s inclusive and supportive culture.
