Role Description
The Lifestyle Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for managing clients’ day-to-day lifestyle needs, including organizing travel, securing reservations, and coordinating bespoke experiences. The Lifestyle Manager will oversee concierge services, handle inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication. Daily tasks include planning and arranging events, managing schedules, liaising with external vendors and partners, and ensuring every detail of the client experience is handled smoothly. The role requires proactive problem-solving, high attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Lifestyle Management and Concierge Services skills to coordinate complex requests and curated experiences.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver seamless support.
- Proven Event Planning experience for organizing private events, travel itineraries, and special occasions.
- Prior experience in luxury hospitality, travel, or high-net-worth client services is highly beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, CRM systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in London with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend client needs.
