Exciting Internal Opportunity
Vitale Care is pleased to introduce an exciting new opportunity for a Lifestyle Personal Assistant to join our team.
This rewarding role is designed to support individuals who need practical help to remain independent, organised and connected within their local community. Working closely with clients and their families, you will provide personalised support with everyday tasks, appointments, paperwork, technology, social activities, and coordinating home-related services.
About the Role
As a Lifestyle Personal Assistant, no two days will be the same. You may be:
- Supporting a client to manage their appointments and weekly schedule
- Assisting with online shopping, forms, and correspondence
- Helping clients use phones, tablets, and technology to stay connected with family and friends
- Coordinating tradespeople, gardeners, or other household services
- Encouraging clients to maintain social connections and participate in community activities
- Providing reassurance and practical updates to families where appropriate
- Identifying concerns and escalating issues in line with safeguarding procedures

Essential Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including email, smartphones, and online forms
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Understanding of confidentiality and person-centred support
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel between clients
- Commitment to completing required training
