Job Description
Position: Lift Service Engineer
Location: Greater London (including Gatwick & Stansted rail stations) Working Hours: 8:00 – 20:00 (4 on, 4 off shift pattern, with a 45-minute unpaid break) Salary: Up to £55,000 per year (depending on skills/experience) + overtime + benefits
We are seeking a Lift Service Engineer to serve a designated route across Greater London and its surroundings.
Your Role: Manage an allocated patch—conducting scheduled servicing, fault-finding, and ensuring the safe operation of lifts within assigned territories. Supported by a local team when required.

Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, repairs and routine maintenance on lifts
- Respond to emergency callouts and breakdowns
- Diagnose faults and bring systems back online safely
- Maintain site safety compliance
- Complete service logs and administrative tasks

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Lift Engineering
- Proven experience as a lift service/repair engineer
- Full UK driving licence
