Lift Modernisation Sales Consultant:

Role summary:
Generate leads, identify opportunities and sell; Modernisation (or as directed by the Business Unit strategy) projects across the UK Lift and Escalator Division (LED) of Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. (MEU-UK) portfolio against agreed targets. With the prime objective of enhancing the customer experience as per MEU-UK Values.

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years previous experience and results in Modernisation Sales within the Lift Industry.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of lift products and regulations.
- Experience in working with premium lift products within the Lift Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the full sales cycle with proactive development of existing and new customer relationships.
- Proactive identification and creation of new sales leads and opportunities.
- Upselling of extended maintenance and unique features.
- Create and issue Microsoft Project Programmes using MEU-UK template.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate for non-standard local supply items.
- Negotiate and agree the Commercial Terms and Conditions.
- Attend sites to carry out survey of environment to allow accurate quoting and agreement of specification.
