Service Supervisor — ORONA (Sunbury Office)

The Role
We are currently seeking a Service Supervisor to join our busy Sunbury office. The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager, managing day-to-day operations that include both office-based and field-based activities to support the service and call-out team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Service Engineers and Field Technicians for optimal performance.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to the service team.
- Establish and optimise engineers' routing schedules on the MS2 app, balancing productivity with reduced travel times, fuel costs, and minimised downtime.
- Ensure all planned visits are completed per monthly calendar targets.
- Review and enhance engineer productivity metrics for continuous improvement.
- Handle call-outs efficiently, troubleshoot lifts, follow up with clients, and propose solutions while coordinating action with engineers and field technicians.
- Manage isolated lifts to ensure minimal downtime and rapid resolution.
- Coordinate internal and external training, mentoring team development.
- Conduct maintenance audits and uphold health & safety compliance (H&S).
- Offer customer technical support, including repair and improvement actions.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered for the role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated experience as a Service or Repairs Engineer, minimum NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Engineering background (Mechanical or Electronics).
- Preferred quality: Experience managing or coordinating a team (training provided by the Service Management Team).
- Must hold a clean UK driving licence (essential).
- Right to Work in the UK (mandatory).
