Role Overview
We're recruiting for an experienced Lightning Protection Supervisor to join a leading specialist in safety, compliance, and protection systems. You'll oversee inspection, testing, and maintenance activities across a varied client base, ensuring lightning protection systems are compliant, safe, and maintained to the highest standards while supporting and developing engineers in the field.

The role is home-based and can be located anywhere in the UK, ideally within easy reach of a major city due to customer demand. You will be responsible for travelling to customer sites nationwide, with up to 2 nights away per week required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with lightning protection systems is essential.
- NVQ in Electrical Installations
- Experience in a supervisory, senior engineer, or team leader role is advantageous.
- Knowledge of lightning protection testing, inspection, and relevant standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
- Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away when required.

Package
- Up to £44,000 basic salary.
- Overtime available (paid door-to-door after 40 hours).
- 37.5-hour week: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm finish Friday.
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service to 28 days + bank holidays.
