Role: LIMS Tester (2x part-time roles available)

Length: 4-month contract

Working pattern: 20x hours per week (no set days)

Location: Fully remote

Day rate: Competitive, Outside IR35

We're excited to be supporting a large-scale NHS pathology transformation programme and are looking for multiple experienced LIMS Testers to join a major implementation across four NHS Trusts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme delivering a new Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) across multiple pathology laboratories simultaneously. Due to the scale of the implementation, we're looking for experienced testers who can hit the ground running and support the end-to-end testing lifecycle.

Working closely with programme stakeholders, laboratory SMEs, and the wider project team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the solution is thoroughly tested, defects are effectively managed, and all testing documentation is completed to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
