Line Chef – The Restaurant Group (TRG)

About the Role
As a Line Chef, you’ll prepare, cook, and deliver delicious food with exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Working across all kitchen stations (grill, pasta, etc.) to prepare high-quality dishes under tight deadlines
- Maintaining a fast-paced airport environment, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and team collaboration
- Leading by example—setting standards for food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Listening to feedback and adapting to improve, while staying reliable under pressure
- Operating effectively during peak shifts, across all hours—from early-morning jobs (starting at 3am)
- Supporting a culture of excellence, from prep to service

We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience as an Assistant Chef or underpinning Cookery knowledge
- Excellent organisational & multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Resilience & adaptability – Thriving in airport shifts (early starts, e.g. 3am openings)
- A team player’s attitude, with the ability to work independently when needed
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in hygiene, food presentation, and service
- References & criminal record check required (5-year history)
