Line Chef

Requirements
- At least 1 year of chef experience in a busy kitchen
- A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Willingness to learn, develop, and progress
- Right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to spec, every time
- Work across different sections to support smooth service
- Deliver fast, accurate plates during busy periods
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Support senior chefs and help keep the kitchen running efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
- Take pride in presentation, flavour, and consistency
