About the Role
You’ll prepare and deliver delicious food to create unforgettable guest experiences while operating seamlessly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work effectively on the front line of the kitchen—whether it’s the grill, pasta station, or other specialist areas
- Maintain an atmosphere of excellence and guarantee guest satisfaction by adhering to company standards
- Listen to feedback, manage your time efficiently, and collaborate smoothly with the team
- Demonstrate reliability and the ability to work independently during peak shifts
- Always go above and beyond to deliver operational excellence—including early-morning shifts as early as 3am

This Could Be You If…
We’re looking for a dedicated, passionate line chef with the following attributes:
- Experience as an Assistant Chef or Chef (desirable)
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain a positive mindset in a fast-paced airport environment
- Flexibility to work early shifts, including as early as 3am
- A 5-year work/education/personal reference history and the ability to undergo a criminal record check
