Responsibilities

As a Line Chef, you will:

  • Create unforgettable guest experiences by preparing and delivering delicious, high-quality food.
  • Operate on the front line of the kitchen, excelling in roles such as grill cook or pasta section.
  • Foster an atmosphere of excellence, ensuring queue management, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
  • Actively seek and implement feedback from teams and guests.
  • Time management essentials, including adhering to tight schedules during peak shifts (sometimes starting as early as 3am).
  • Maintain reliability, collaborating with multi-functional teams and working independently when needed.
  • Consistently deliver operational excellence, regardless of operating hours (including early-morning airport shifts).

Requirements

We’re seeking passionate, passionate chefs with the following qualities:

Experience & Skills

  • Preferable experience as an Assistant Chef or Chef, though new entrants with relevant training will be considered.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organisational abilities—no pressure ever lasts forever!
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to pass-shifting working hours, starting shifts as early as 3am.

Additional Requirements

  • Proof of a 5-year work/education/personal reference history (or similar).
  • Must undergo a criminal record check.
