Key Responsibilities
- Maintain top-quality food consistency while ensuring efficient dish production
- Work effectively as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on communication
- Adhere to company food and plating standards while following food handling protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the workstation
- Assist in all culinary areas of the kitchen as required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a full-service restaurant is a plus
- Impeccable attention to detail in execution and presentation
- A positive, energetic attitude—always eager to learn and grow
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic food safety and preparation knowledge
- Strong capacity to perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
