Chefs of All Levels – Helicopter In (Immediate Start)
About the Role
All Bar One at Edinburgh Airport is seeking Chefs to join our talented team in a fast-paced airside Bar & Restaurant, serving breakfast through to late-night dining. Based at Edinburgh Airport, you’ll work in an inspiring environment with unparalleled work-life balance and professional development opportunities.
We offer roles with flexible full- and part-time hours, including varied shift patterns (e.g., 11am–9pm) to suit your lifestyle.
Hours: Operating daily from 4am–10pm, shifts follow a helicopter-in pattern—ideal for those who want work you can fly into!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food to company standards and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic workstation, adhering to all food safety regulations
- Train, coach, and mentor commiss chefs and kitchen assistants
- Oversee your station during service to ensure high-quality consistency
- Uphold a positive, professional attitude towards colleagues and guests

Requirements & Criteria
Essential:
- Full UK criminal record check with clean convictions history (mandatory for airport security access)
- Valid UK passport or full/ provisional driver’s licence (for booking weekends/holidays)
Preferred (not mandatory):
- Experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong command of English
