We're looking for talented Line Chefs to join our kitchen team at Sea Lane – where great vibes meet exceptional food and unforgettable experiences! Working alongside our Lead Chef, you'll be crafting delicious dishes that fuel adventures and create memorable moments for our guests. From prepping fresh ingredients to plating beautiful food that makes people smile, you'll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional experience that keeps people coming back. What Makes Your Day Amazing: Every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to showcase your skills as you: Create Delicious Dishes • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the high standards set by our Lead Chef • Ensure every plate is consistent in quality, taste, and presentation – no compromises • Follow recipes and portion control with precision while adding your own flair • Support special events, private hires, and promotions with enthusiasm Champion Safety & Standards • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations without exception • Keep your station clean, organized, and running like clockwork • Support daily kitchen safety and hygiene checks – it's everyone's responsibility Work as One Team • Support the Lead Chef and your fellow kitchen crew with energy and positivity • Communicate clearly – share ideas, raise concerns, and celebrate wins together • Contribute to a professional, inclusive kitchen culture where everyone thrives Our Values Drive Everything We Do: CUSTOMER FIRST Customers are at the heart of everything we do.
