Culina Group is a market-leading, award-winning logistics business, and we’re looking for a Line Leader to join our team at our Bristol IPS site.
Job Description
Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm.
Salary: £33,437.64 per annum
This is a hands-on, shop-floor role leading a production line of 3–10 operatives within a fast-paced, chilled environment working with products such as milk, cheese, juices, yoghurts and mousses.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and motivating your team to meet daily production targets Supporting and actively participating in production activities Maximising efficiency across time, labour and equipment Completing production checks and ensuring product quality meets specifications Maintaining traceability, hygiene, GMP and safety standards Monitoring waste and driving continuous improvement Communicating issues and managing machinery faults Assisting with training, development and cover during absence/holidays Moving pallets and supporting varied line work as required

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Previous Line Leader or Senior Operative experience Background in production, ideally within chilled or food environments Strong team leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting Good organisation, planning and problem-solving skills Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
