Job Description
We are recruiting a Line Leader to join our client based in Sheerness, Kent. At least 1 year of experience in food manufacturing at supervisory/ management level is desirable.
Main Duties Of Line Leader
- Setting up production line before production staff starts
- Ensure product is to the required specification and promptly address any issues
- Monitor production processes ensuring all paperwork and systems are completed, data captured accurately in accordance with company procedures
- Enforce cleanliness and hygiene protocols within the working areas, and equipment
