Rotating Weekly, Monday - Friday.
Monday - Thursday
- Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
- Week 2: 14:00 - 22:00
- Week 3: 22:00 - 06:00
Friday
- Week 1: 06:00 - 13:00
- Week 2: 13:00 - 20:00
- Week 3: 20:00 - 03:00

Responsibilities
- Operate and optimise a range of processing and packing equipment, including VFFS bagging machines, multi-head fillers, vacuum machines, depositors and paste mills and more!
- Support delivery of the production plan by running equipment efficiently, completing quality and critical control checks, maintaining accurate paperwork and learning all aspects of the processing equipment to allow flexibility within the area.
- Operating processing and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Setting up equipment and supporting changeovers.
- Troubleshooting machine issues and clearing faults where appropriate.
- Lead the line by monitoring line performance, waste and output against targets.
- Completing production and quality documentation accurately.
- Supporting and coaching operatives working on the line.
- Driving continuous improvements to safety, quality and productivity.
- Act as the quality contact for the line during customer visits and audits

Qualifications
- Experience operating automated packing or processing machinery
- Strong understanding of GMP, food safety and quality standards.
- Experience completing quality checks and quality paperwork, including CCPs
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly.
- Comfortable working with production systems and documentation.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Desire to lead by example and support others on shift.
