About the Role
This fast-paced, frontline leadership role involves managing people, processes, and performance across a high-volume poultry production environment—specifically in our added-value department, focused on BBQ poultry products.

About You
You are a confident and capable team leader who excels in fast-paced production settings. Key attributes include:
- Comfortable managing large teams and keeping operations running smoothly under pressure
- A hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
- The ability to motivate diverse teams to meet targets while maintaining high standards
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing daily production plans and managing line resources
- Ensuring **high standards of food safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Supporting audits and acting as a key contact during visitor inspections
- Monitoring KPIs, waste control, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
- Proven line management or supervisory experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to engage and lead diverse teams
- Understanding of production processes and operational efficiency
