Job Title: Line Operator
Location: Tutbury, Derbyshire
Shift: Monday-Friday – Days and Nights - 12-hour shifts – 39.93 hours per week.
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £41842.92 (inclusive of shift allowance and contractual OT) + 18 bookable holidays per year + statutory bank holidays + potential bonus + other fantastic benefits

Position Summary
Reporting to the Cell Manager, you will be working on a production line. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the production line runs safely and efficiently in accordance with Nestle standards, to reduce consumer complaints, to produce quality products, and to protect the Nescafe brand.
Nestlé Tutbury Factory in Derbyshire is one of the largest Nestlé factories in Europe after a £250 million investment over the last few years. The factory produces several of the most well-known Nescafé products in the world through freeze-dried, spray dried and pod coffee production technologies and is at the forefront of coffee production globally.

- Running equipment adhering to all Nestle safety and quality standards.
- Rigorous adherence to key standards for optimal running.
- Use the 5 golden rules of TPM to improve line performance in all areas.
- Continuously update own technical and operational skills.
What will make you successful
- Experience in a manufacturing and production environment.
- Previous Line Operator experience or similar is preferable.
- Will be able to demonstrate strong competencies and behaviours.
- Will have the ability to work as part of a team delivering compliance in safety, quality and production processes.
- Will be able to communicate effectively with multiple functions displaying one team mentality.
