Line Production Operative
Newstaff Employment Services is looking to hire a dependable and hardworking Line Production Operative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing line by performing tasks such as assembling products, operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring smooth production flow. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Join us and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Key Responsibilities Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble and package products according to specifications. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets. Report any issues or malfunctions promptly to supervisors. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards.
