Key Responsibilities
Your work will include:
- Materials Management:
- Follow warehouse procedures to request and track materials efficiently.
- Deliver raw materials from the warehouse to Production Areas using designated motorised trucks (e.g., 'V Truck').

Production Support:
- Pack cups into boxes, ensuring adherence to automation workflows.
- Assist in Packaging Cup Production and help with Cup Forming as needed.

Waste & Inventory:
- Weigh, record, and manage waste products and returned materials.
- Regularly monitor stock levels to maintain minimum material quantities.

Warehouse Safety & Organisation:
- Fit core plugs, move products to designated Kan Ban, and uphold strict Hungtamaki hygiene and safety standards.

Process Improvement:
- Give and receive upskilling from colleagues.
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Shift & Team Work:
- Provide clear shift handovers between teams.
- Work collaboratively in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Requirements & Person Specification
- Able to work as part of a team and independently.
- Operational dexterity, physical stamina, and willingness to adapt (e.g., lifting, handling materials).
- Basic computer literacy (warehouse systems).
- Diligent attitude to accurate recording, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Flexible approach where duties may shift as operational demands evolve.
