Working Conditions
Hours: 48 per week Shifts generally fall within a 17:00 to 05:00 window, determined by your assigned route. Start and finish times will be discussed at interview and confirmed at offer stage.
Salary & Benefits
- Hourly rate: £15.14 per hour
- Premia paid for hours worked:
- £1.63 per hour (7pm – 10pm)
- £1.97 per hour (10pm – 6am)

Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles on defined linehaul routes
- Ensure the security of the vehicle at all times
- Conduct procedural checks on vehicles, documentation, and loads
- Operate the vehicle safely and legally
- Adhere to tachograph and driver’s hours regulations
- Follow FedEx Health and Safety policies and all company procedures
Requirements
- Hold a full valid C+E licence along with any required Driver CPC cards and certifications
- Ability to complete all required training
- Experience working independently
- Strong basic written and verbal communication skills
