Champneys Henlow

Contract: Part Time

Salary: up to £12.71 per hour, plus gratuities

32 Hours Per Week

4 days a week, including weekends, every third weekend off

At Champneys, the details matter, and our linen is one of the most memorable parts of a guest’s stay. From our signature fluffy robes to soft, perfectly presented towels, linen plays a vital role in how guests relax, unwind and feel cared for throughout their wellbeing journey.

As a Linen Porter, you provide the backbone of that experience. Your work ensures stability, consistency and quality across the resort, supporting bedrooms, spa, fitness and public areas with impeccably clean and well presented linen.

This is an essential role for someone who takes pride in organisation, standards and teamwork, and who understands how behind the scenes excellence shapes the guest experience.

Your Role Will Include

  • Collecting, transporting and accurately counting all linen items across the resort
  • Ensuring all linen is cleaned to the highest standards and presented in its best condition at all times
  • Working closely with Housekeeping, Spa, Wellbeing and Fitness teams to ensure correct stock levels and smooth linen flow
  • Monitoring linen stock to ensure all guest facing areas are fully supplied and free from soiled items
  • Supporting the wider Housekeeping team when required, including assisting with guest rooms or public areas
  • Providing courteous, professional service to guests you encounter, answering questions or directing them as needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
