Are you a commercially driven Account Manager with a passion for lingerie, fashion and managing successful retail partnerships?

Due to continued growth, our client, a highly successful and well-established ladies' and men's fashion supplier, is looking for an experienced Ladies Lingerie Account Manager to take ownership of key accounts across major UK and European retailers and supermarkets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, creative and fast-growing business where you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, influencing product strategy and strengthening relationships with some of the biggest names on the high street. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for product and trends, and enjoy turning opportunities into commercial success, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This role can be based in their London or Manchester office.

Main Responsibilities

  • As the key point of contact for your accounts, you'll be responsible for developing long-term partnerships, delivering outstanding service and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key lingerie accounts, delivering strategies that exceed sales and margin targets.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers across major retailers, leading negotiations and managing the account from concept through to delivery.
  • Present seasonal collections with confidence, demonstrating expert knowledge of product, fashion trends and consumer insights.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and drive continued growth.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings and presentations as the lead commercial contact.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and performance reports, providing valuable commercial insight to senior leadership.

Person Specification

  • You'll be a confident, commercially minded Account Manager or buyer who combines excellent relationship-building skills with a genuine passion for lingerie and fashion.
  • Proven experience in a similar Account Management role within a fashion supplier is essential.
  • A strong track record of working with major high street retailers and managing high-volume accounts.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strong product knowledge within the lingerie sector and an understanding of current market trends.
