Lingerie Designer

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, Surrey (CR3 0GG), just outside of Croydon.

Hybrid working, 2 days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

About the Role

We’re growing our Design team! This is your chance to be a part of a market-leading, iconic brand that empowers and pushes boundaries to deliver incredible trend-led lingerie.

We're looking for a talented Designer to help shape the future of our lingerie collections. If you're trend-obsessed, commercially aware, and love turning ideas into products customers can't wait to wear, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work closely with Buying, Garment Technology, Merchandising, and our supplier partners, ensuring every design reflects the Ann Summers brand while delivering great results for our customers and the business.

The Role

As a Designer, you'll be responsible for creating trend-led lingerie collections that balance creativity with commercial success. From researching the latest trends and developing seasonal concepts to working with suppliers and attending fit sessions, you'll play a key role in bringing our collections to life.

  • Researching trends, fabrics, colours, and new product opportunities.
  • Supporting the creation of seasonal trend themes, concepts, and colour palettes.
  • Designing innovative, trend-led lingerie collections aligned to the Ann Summers brand.
  • Creating detailed technical packs and design specifications.
  • Working closely with suppliers to develop exciting and commercially viable products.
  • Sourcing and developing fabrics, trims, and materials that deliver quality and innovation.
  • Reviewing product performance and evolving best-selling styles.
  • Attending fit sessions and collaborating with Garment Technologists to ensure great fit and quality.
  • Building strong relationships across Design, Buying, Merchandising, and supplier teams.
  • Be a true brand ambassador, championing our Ann Summers values at all times.

You'll Be Great If You...

  • Established contour/lingerie design experience, gained within an in-house or supplier environment.
  • Strong trend awareness and a passion for product development.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fit.
  • Ability to create clear technical packs and communicate design intent.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence building relationships with both internal and external partners.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of customer needs and product performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • An affinity with our brand, products, and values.
