Lining Operative — Pipe Management North Ltd
We are a specialist drainage and sewer rehabilitation company conducting works across the UK, including:
- CIPP lining
- Patch repairs
- Robotic cutting
- Manhole sealing
- Spray lining
This role suits candidates with experience in:
- Drainage work
- Lining and patching
- CCTV analysis
- Jetting
- Robotics or general utility maintenance

About the Role
We’re seeking a Lining Operative to join our expanding team. Ideal for someone experienced in trenchless rehabilitation but ready to move beyond standard maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support on-site teams in:
- Installing CIPP liners and conducting patch repairs
- Preparing and setting up field equipment on-site
- Assisting with resin preparation and impregnation
- Operating/collaborating on lining, patching, and curing activities
- Working in confined spaces and draining environments
- Completing pre-start health and safety checks and maintaining paperwork
- Maintaining vans, tools, and equipment
- Adhering to RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and company protocols

Requirements & Preferences
- UK driving licence (preferred)
- Prior experience in:
- Pipeline/utility lining
- Drainage maintenance or CCTV operations
- Jetting, patching, or robotic work
- An asset, not a baseline requirement:
- Confined space training
- High-pressure water jetting (HPWJ)
- Asbestos awareness certification
- Street works streetworks (SWAogl)
- Personal attributes:
- Hardworking, adaptable, team-oriented
- Willingness to overtime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Strong commitment to health and safety compliance
