Link Worker - Full Time

Link Worker (Permanent) – Lincolnshire

Hours per week: 37.5 hours Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Work base: Office-based with regular travel


About the Role

P3 is recruiting an amazing person to help change lives for individuals living in Lincolnshire.

As a Link Worker, you will:

  • Coordinate support through yourself and other agencies using strength-based support planning and detailed safety management plans.
  • Employ trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches to engage with individuals who may not typically respond to standard support offers.
  • Work creatively and consistently with clients who face multiple disadvantages such as:
    • Homelessness
    • Substance misuse
    • Domestic violence
    • Contact with the criminal justice system
    • Poor mental/physical health (often simultaneously)
  • Act as a keyworker, promoting healthier lifestyles and assisting individuals in accessing tailored services.
  • Ensure individuals sustain their tenancies and help them reach their full potential.

Honesty, empathy, and a practical approach are essential for this supportive role.

  • A full UK driving licence is mandatory for this position.
