About the Role

P3 is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Link Worker, helping to make a difference in the lives of people across Gloucestershire.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a team that is committed to helping people achieve positive, lasting change. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating support for people who may be experiencing a range of difficulties, often simultaneously. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalised, strengths-based support plans focusing on building resilience, independence, and confidence.

This role requires a person-centred approach, recognising the unique circumstances, abilities, and aspirations of everyone you work with. Many people accessing our services may have previously struggled to engage with traditional support systems, making creativity, persistence, and empathy essential qualities for success in this role.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure and Barring Services, paid for by P3.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
