Your Responsibilities

Your role will focus on creating and managing content, but responsibilities will vary and include:

  • Email Marketing Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for:

    • Our newsletter
    • Product updates
    • Exclusive promotions
  • Social Media Growth Grow and manage our LinkedIn (our largest channel) and frequently test new content formats.

    • Begin using YouTube and launch our Twitter.
  • Graphic Design Ensure our visual identity is consistent across all marketing channels. (We’ll provide the necessary tools and training.)

  • Website

    • Enhance our website design
    • Conduct SEO activities
    • Optimise user experience (UX)

    Collaborate on creating new formats that align with our brand identity.

  • Analytics Measure and improve performance metrics across all channels. Work toward challenging targets and KPIs.

  • Paid Advertising & PPC Campaign Management

  • Synergy Collaborate with other departments to identify valuable content for our audience. Keep teams updated on our brands’ progress and milestones.

What We Expect from You

We’re looking for candidates who are determined, driven, and hungry for growth, regardless of your experience level. However, candidates must hold a UK work permit.

Core Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent).
  • Be working towards a university qualification satisfactory to us as an alternative.

Start Date & Work Details

➡️ Flexible starting date This is an onsite position (Monday to Friday) based at our Buckingham Gate offices in London. Our fast-paced environment thrives on collaboration in person to deliver market-leading and groundbreaking events throughout the year. We’d love to have you as part of it!
