We are a small charitable organisation that seeks to provoke participatory democracy via disruptive visual art. We're looking for an individual to develop our presence on LinkedIn specifically, to demonstrate our vision of what democratic participation should look like in the UK.

What difference will you make?

  • Your work will directly help us fund and deliver bold civic art interventions and national democratic processes that aim to influence real policy change.
  • Your role will help our staff feel supported, allowing them to focus on contributing to the progress of our projects.
  • You will be spearheading the online presence and growth of our organisation, witnessing our growth from a small startup as an underdog to a grander nationwide organisation, in alignment with our Founder’s vision.

What’s in it for you?

  • Develop a deeper understanding of LinkedIn from the perspective of an organisation, one of the world’s premier employment websites.
  • You will have opportunities to cultivate stronger relationships with our partner organisations or talented individuals, learning how to manage high-stakes relationships across online platforms.
  • Indirectly expand your professional network too!
  • Meet friendly, like-minded individuals in our team, who are passionate about making real impact and change!
  • As part of our team, where appropriate, you will be invited to events to connect and further develop professional relationships, expanding your network.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
