About the Role
Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for contract lawyers, is looking for exceptional individuals with strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and equity investments.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents
- Support high-value, sophisticated transactions
- Conduct due diligence and prepare clear, concise reports
- Work closely with leading clients and alongside Linklaters practice groups
Requirements
We welcome applications from lawyers with top-tier law firm experience. Experience in consulting is valued, and we also encourage applications from those considering a move into consulting.
