Re:link Consultant Opportunity
Re:link, Linklaters’ dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding individuals with a strong track record in advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including public and private takeovers, disposals, carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
You will be expected to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, including sale and purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and ancillary documentation
- Support high-value, sophisticated M&A transactions from inception through to signing and completion
- Conduct due diligence, identify key legal and commercial issues, and prepare clear, concise reports
- Advise on transaction structuring, execution, and risk allocation
- Work alongside leading clients and across Linklaters practice groups on fast-paced, high-profile matters
We welcome applications from lawyers with top-tier law firm backgrounds and strong M&A experience. Consulting experience is valued, and we also encourage applications from those considering a move into consulting.
