Linklaters' Re:link - Employment & Incentives

Re:link, Linklaters’ platform for contract lawyers, is actively recruiting lawyers specialising in employment and incentives to meet increasing client demand.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with strong experience gained in private practice or in-house roles. Our clients specifically require lawyers who have advised on employment and incentives matters in England and Wales, including (for example) executive incentives, employee share plans, bonus and commission arrangements, and the employment aspects of corporate transactions. We welcome applications from professionals at all career stages who have relevant expertise.

As a Re:link consultant, you will gain:

• Greater flexibility in shaping your career • Access to complex, high-profile assignments and leading clients • Opportunities to collaborate with expert colleagues and Linklaters' practice groups, including the employment and incentives teams • Comprehensive professional support, while working on a fixed-term basis

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
