Re:link, Linklaters' dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding Leveraged Finance specialists for immediate interim assignments.

We are especially interested in lawyers with the below skills:

  • Drafting and negotiating finance documents: Ability to prepare, review and negotiate complex loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and related finance contracts, with particular attention to terms specific to leveraged and Term Loan B (TLB) transactions.
  • Structuring transactions: Skilled in designing and advising on the optimal structure for highly leveraged deals, including syndications, high-yield bonds, mezzanine debt, and bridge facilities.
  • Due diligence: Conducting detailed reviews of corporate and financial information to identify risks and issues that may affect the transaction.
  • Regulatory and market knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (such as insolvency, financial assistance, and security enforcement issues), as well as trends and market practices in leveraged finance.

We welcome applications from both seasoned consultants and lawyers looking to take their first step into the consulting sphere. As a Re:link consultant, you will collaborate closely with major clients and a range of Linklaters practice groups, engaging in high-profile and commercially impactful work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
