Re:link, Linklaters' dedicated platform for contract lawyers, is seeking outstanding Leveraged Finance specialists for immediate interim assignments.
We are especially interested in lawyers with the below skills:
- Drafting and negotiating finance documents: Ability to prepare, review and negotiate complex loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, security documents, and related finance contracts, with particular attention to terms specific to leveraged and Term Loan B (TLB) transactions.
- Structuring transactions: Skilled in designing and advising on the optimal structure for highly leveraged deals, including syndications, high-yield bonds, mezzanine debt, and bridge facilities.
- Due diligence: Conducting detailed reviews of corporate and financial information to identify risks and issues that may affect the transaction.
- Regulatory and market knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (such as insolvency, financial assistance, and security enforcement issues), as well as trends and market practices in leveraged finance.
We welcome applications from both seasoned consultants and lawyers looking to take their first step into the consulting sphere. As a Re:link consultant, you will collaborate closely with major clients and a range of Linklaters practice groups, engaging in high-profile and commercially impactful work.
