Operations Manager - LME Member | London | Hybrid | £75,000 – £95,000 + Benefits
An LME Member is seeking an experienced Listed Derivatives Operations Manager to join its growing operations function in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trading operations professional to take ownership of a high-performing team of 4–5 Operations Analysts within a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of 4–5 Operations Analysts
- Oversee daily listed derivatives operational processes across the trade lifecycle
- Ensure accurate and timely trade matching, reconciliation, and post-trade processing
- Work closely with trading desks, clearing brokers, exchanges, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor operational risk and maintain strong controls within the function
- Support shift coverage across the operations team

Requirements
- Strong experience within trading operations in a financial markets environment
- Experience covering listed derivatives products is essential
- Proven experience in trade matching operations is highly important
- Exposure to post-trade operations processes would be particularly valuable
- Previous team leadership or management experience preferred
- LME market experience

Practical details:
- £75,000-£95,000 available (plus benefits)
- Hybrid, 3-4 day in office requirement
- London based, AVP level
