Job Details
Location: Wellingborough (with training/induction in Luton) Working Pattern: Full Time (47.5 hrs/week) Hours: Mon–Fri, 06:00–16:00 Salary: £14.40 per hour

Administration & Logistics:
- Assist in booking battery collections and managing waste offtake.
- Oversee workflows related to Lithium battery storage, disassembly, shredding, and residue storage.

Field & Recycling Operations:
- Support customer visits for battery collections or safety assessments pre-collection.
- Disassemble and recycle lithium batteries while recovering high-value materials (nickel, cobalt, and lithium).

Operational Support:
- Assist the Lithium Workshop Manager in managing operational tasks and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Experience & Training:
- High Voltage training to WAMITAB standard (or equivalent).
- MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) Licence strongly desired.
- A valid UK driving licence is required (vehicular access likely for site work).
