Our client is seeking a Litigation Executive to join their Bury Office. Your focus will be both commercial and civil litigation cases, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with SRA standards and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of legal cases, including drafting legal documents
- Filing court documents through the court portal (experience is essential)
- Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organisational standards
- Handling clients matters and requests and keeping clients updated from initial enquiry to completion of their matter
- Instruct experts and counsel
- Assist in the business development and growth of the department
- Attend court hearings, meetings, and negotiations as an assistant of the Solicitor with conduct when necessary

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in a Litigation administrative/Paralegal role essential
- At least 3 years’ experience in debt matters essential
- Previous experience in an estate agents/landlord/tenant dealing role desirable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as a team under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and client care skills; written and verbal
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
- Experience with case management systems such as Proclaim & Hoowla desirable
- Having an empathetic nature and displaying a duty of care towards clients, especially those who may be deemed vulnerable and d
