Set up in 2017 and funded by Blackstone and Regis to help address the housing crisis in the UK, Sage Homes has now delivered more than 21,000 homes all of which are affordable. A further 2,500 new homes are in our construction pipeline.

About the role

An in-house Litigation Solicitor at Sage Homes specialising in Housing Management, you will provide expert legal advice and represent the business in housing-related legal proceedings. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior housing management on risks, policy, and housing law matters.
  • Manage and oversee housing litigation cases, including those referred to external legal partners.
  • Draft and prepare legal documentation for County Court and First Tier Tribunal proceedings.
  • Conduct advocacy on routine matters and attend court hearings as required.
  • Deliver training to internal teams on legal and regulatory housing requirements.
  • Manage a busy caseload, ensuring deadlines and performance targets are consistently met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
