An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded Legal 150 firm, based in their Nottingham office, with paid parking!
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised legal secretary with a background in litigation who is looking to join a supportive and collaborative firm with excellent development opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting the Litigation team, providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to ensure matters are managed efficiently while delivering an excellent service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
- Prepare, format and amend legal documents, correspondence and court documentation
- Manage fee earners’ diaries, appointments and meetings
- Liaise confidently with clients, courts and third parties via telephone, email and post
- Open, maintain and close client files in line with firm procedures
- Assist with document management, scanning, filing and general administration
- Support with billing processes, file management and wider departmental tasks
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and procedures

About You:
Are you an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to fee earners and clients?
You will have:
- Previous litigation legal secretarial experience (essential)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- The ability to work effectively to deadlines while maintaining a professional approach
- A proactive, reliable and client-focused attitude
