A really exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced litigation paralegal to work in-house at an insolvency specialist company.
The Company
They were formed 10 years ago and have an impressive track record including setting a new precedent with their win in the Supreme Court. They have doubled in size recently and are continuing to grow.
The Role
Working closely with the head of legal and an associate you can look forward to assisting on complex and interesting disputes. Day to day duties will include:

- Preparing court bundles
- Filing documents with the court
- Assisting with legal drafting
- Preparing for court hearings
- Assisting with settlements
- Using iManage for document management
The Requirements
- At least 2 years litigation experience from a top tier firm
- Ideally some construction or insolvency litigation experience
- Experience must include preparation for trial
The Details
- Initially 5 days in the office
- 3 months initially temping - then possibility of becoming permanent
- Strong progression potential via the SQE route
