Looking for your next step in litigation with a clear route to senior leadership?
A respected and well-established law firm in Wimborne Minster is seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) to join its growing team. You'll inherit an established caseload from day one, work alongside experienced legal professionals, and have a genuine opportunity to progress into a Director role.
The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters, including:
- Commercial litigation
- Property litigation
- Contract disputes
- Landlord & tenant matters
- Boundary disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Contentious probate

You'll advise clients throughout the litigation process, draft legal documentation, negotiate settlements, represent clients where appropriate, and help develop long-term client relationships while supporting the continued growth of the department.
About You
✔ Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
✔ 2-3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
✔ Confident managing your own litigation caseload
✔ Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures
✔ Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills
✔ Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
