Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm for an exciting role within their Dispute Resolution and Commercial Litigation team. This award-winning team has been recognised in the Legal 500 UK 2026 rankings as one of the leading Commercial Litigation teams in the West Midlands.
Role Location & Benefits
- Location: Walsall
- Contract: Competitive salary (DOE and Interview Performance)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break)

Requirements
An ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) within litigation.
Key Responsibilities (Commercial Litigation Focus)
- Manage an independent caseload from beginning through to conclusion
- Work closely alongside senior colleagues on complex litigation matters
- Comply strictly with court and client deadlines
- Draft and finalise legal proceedings, pleadings, and court documentation
- Core EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED: Breach of contract disputes, tort claims, boundary disputes, commercial property litigation, residential property litigation (select any three specialities)
