Job Title: Litigation Solicitor

PQE: 3 : 6 PQE

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to GBP 75,000 (DOE)


The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable, commercially minded law firm based in Manchester. Working alongside a collaborative litigation team, this role will involve dealing with contract claims, shareholder disputes, contentious insolvency, and other areas of commercial litigation. You will lead on lower value claims, work collaboratively with senior Lawyers in relation to high value claims, undertake JSM's and mediations, and participate in the business development of the firm.


The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors boasting 3 : 6 years PQE, coupled with a strong technical knowledge, the ability to manage client relationships, and proficient commercial awareness. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to the law, a commitment to delivering outstanding client service, a willingness to learn, and the ability to deliver high quality service to a wealth of clients.
