Litigation Solicitor Nottinghamshire 3+ PQE Part Time Role Competitive Salary DOE
An established law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Dispute Resolution team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys managing a varied caseload while working closely with senior members of the department.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of contentious matters, including:
- Civil and commercial litigation
- Employment disputes
- Property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters
- Contentious probate cases
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from inception through to resolution, while also supporting the Partner with more complex matters and contributing to the continued success of the department.

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Strong experience across a range of litigation matters
- Able to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach
- Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to business growth
