About the Role
An established and expanding Essex-based law firm is seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative team, handling a diverse and high-quality caseload across commercial and civil litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of commercial and civil litigation issues, including (but not limited to):
- Commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- TOLATA disputes
- Neighbour disputes
- Contentious probate matters
- General commercial and civil litigation

Requirements & Experience
We are seeking candidates with:
✔ Experience in commercial and/or civil litigation (NQs with a substantial litigation seat are also welcome)
✔ Experience managing or assisting with a diverse litigation caseload
✔ Excellent communication and client care skills
✔ A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving
✔ The ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
