Litigation Solicitor (Locum) – 5+ Years’ PQE, Essex / Hybrid | GBP £35–£50 Per Hour

An outstanding locum opportunity has emerged for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to support a prestigious law firm through their permanent recruitment process.
About the Role
A sought-after Locum Litigation Solicitor is needed to provide frontline support within a thriving litigation team. From day one, you’ll operate fully independently, managing your own caseload—from first instruction to final resolution—with minimal oversight.
Key duties include:
- Delivering client-focused, commercially astute legal advice across diverse contentious matters.
- Ensuring efficient file progression whilst maintaining the highest standards of client service.
- Demonstrating confidence, skill, and proactivity in straight-level litigation work.

About the Candidate
Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years PQE.
- Experience across one or more of the following:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Employment litigation
- Contentious probate
- Commercial litigation
Essential Skills
- Strong autonomous working ability.
- Excellent time management in fast-paced environments.
- Rapid onboarding to likely integrate effectively with the team.
- Excellent communication and unwavering client centricity.
