Litigation Solicitor £65,000 - £75,000 London, London West End W/29585
Litigation Solicitor – This is a highly attractive position for any aspiring Litigation Solicitor looking to further their career with a top West End practice. Our clients are a highly regarded and well established firm that are now seeking a further 5+ years' PQE Solicitor with a strong background in property and commercial litigation. Their diverse client base ranges from commercial clients to HNW individuals, offering a fantastic range and degree of work.
About the Role
The successful candidate will manage a caseload primarily focused on property litigation, alongside a solid proportion of general commercial litigation matters. You will advise both landlords and tenants on a broad range of issues arising under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, including:

- Dilapidations claims

- Actions against guarantors

On the commercial litigation side, you will act for clients across a wide spectrum of disputes, including:
- Breach of contract
- Building and construction matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Debt recovery
- Insolvency-related issues
- Company and partnership disputes
- Wills and inheritance claims
