Role Description
The Role:
- Managing a diverse caseload of property, commercial and civil disputes
- Advising clients on disputes and legal proceedings
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Representing clients throughout the litigation process
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with litigation experience 2 years plus PQE
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and case management abilities
- A proactive and client-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong grounding in general Law with experience handling contentious matters and managing a litigation caseload.
- Knowledge of Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate to support property-related disputes and associated litigation.
- Experience or familiarity with Labor and Employment Law for workplace-related claims and advisory work.
- Understanding of Family Law to assist with family-related disputes and to coordinate with other practice areas.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills, with attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment and contribute to the firm’s growth.
