Kernon Kelleher Solicitors is a modern High Street law firm based in the centre of Blandford Forum, providing legal services to clients in the town and surrounding areas. Established in 2017 by experienced solicitors Neil Kernon and Saul Kelleher, the firm has grown steadily and expanded into additional town-centre offices by 2020. Role Description

The Role:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of property, commercial and civil disputes
  • Advising clients on disputes and legal proceedings
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Representing clients throughout the litigation process
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Solicitor with litigation experience 2 years plus PQE
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and case management abilities
  • A proactive and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Strong grounding in general Law with experience handling contentious matters and managing a litigation caseload.
  • Knowledge of Conveyancing and Commercial Real Estate to support property-related disputes and associated litigation.
  • Experience or familiarity with Labor and Employment Law for workplace-related claims and advisory work.
  • Understanding of Family Law to assist with family-related disputes and to coordinate with other practice areas.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills, with attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment and contribute to the firm’s growth.
